Terms of Service | Automation for Sellers

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of Automation for Sellers products and services (“Automation for Sellers”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using our products or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Company Information

Automation for Sellers is owned and operated by Your Brand Assistant LLC.

2. Core Business Model & Ownership

Automation for Sellers sells pre-built, one-time purchase automation systems (the "System" or "Blueprints") designed for Etsy sellers.

2.1. One-Time Purchase

All sales are for a one-time fee granting you the right to install and use the System indefinitely. We do not sell subscriptions, memberships, or access that expires.

2.2. Ownership

Upon purchase, you own the System blueprint. It is installed into your own third-party accounts (Make.com, Google Workspace, etc.). You retain full control and ownership of the installed workflow and all data generated by it. Automation for Sellers retains ownership of the intellectual property of the original blueprint design.

2.3. No Lock-in

The System is designed to run independently in your accounts. If you cancel any optional support or community access provided by Automation for Sellers, the installed automation system will continue to function.

3. Use of Third-Party Platforms

The System requires active accounts with third-party providers, including but not limited to Make.com, Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Forms), and Etsy. You are solely responsible for maintaining these accounts and paying any associated fees directly to those providers.

4. Done-For-You (DFY) Installation Service

DFY Installation is a one-time service fee for the setup and configuration of the System into your accounts. This service does not include ongoing maintenance or support beyond the initial handover period unless explicitly stated in the package description.

5. Etsy Compliance & Responsibility

The System is designed to create Etsy draft listings only, requiring mandatory human review before publishing. You are solely responsible for ensuring all listings comply with Etsy’s policies, including those related to AI disclosure, intellectual property, and seller standards. Automation for Sellers is not responsible for any actions taken by Etsy regarding your shop.
