Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (Automation Systems)

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital goods and the immediate delivery of intellectual property (the automation blueprints and guides), all sales of DIY Automation Systems and Generators are final and non-refundable.

1.1. Non-Refundable Items Include:

• Core Etsy Listing Automation (DIY)
• Wall Art Generator (DIY)
• Clip Art Generator (DIY)
• Poster Studio (DIY)
• Community Access (Annual or Monthly)

We provide extensive documentation and support to ensure successful installation, but we cannot offer refunds once the digital product has been delivered.

2. Done-For-You (DFY) Installation Service

The Done-For-You (DFY) Installation Service is a labor fee. This service is refundable only under specific conditions related to our inability to perform the service.

2.1. Refund Eligibility for DFY Service

A full refund for the DFY service fee (excluding the cost of the underlying digital blueprint, which remains non-refundable) may be issued if:

• We are unable to complete the installation due to technical limitations on our end.
• We fail to deliver the installed system within the agreed-upon timeline (Standard, Concierge, or Ultra) and the buyer requests cancellation before delivery.

2.2. Non-Refundable DFY Scenarios

The DFY service fee is non-refundable if the installation is delayed due to the buyer's failure to provide timely access or complete required manual steps (e.g., API authentication).
