This page explains key policies for Automation for Sellers products and services. We aim to keep things clear, fair, and seller-friendly.
1. Digital Product Policy (Automation Systems)
All automation systems (Core Listing Automation, Generators) are sold as non-tangible, digital blueprints for a one-time fee. These are delivered immediately upon purchase (DIY) or upon completion of the installation service (DFY).
1.1. Ownership and Usage
The purchase grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to install and use the System in your own accounts for your business operations. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the blueprints with third parties.
2. Support Boundaries
Support is provided for setup, troubleshooting of the original blueprint, and guidance on using the system.
2.1. Scope of Support
We support the functionality of the System as delivered. We do not provide support for: general Etsy marketing strategy, third-party software issues (e.g., Make.com billing, Google Drive outages), or custom modifications made by the buyer.
2.2. Optional Updates
Updates to the System (due to platform changes, rule changes, or improvements) are provided optionally, typically through the paid annual community membership. Your installed system remains functional even if you choose not to purchase updates.
3. Done-For-You (DFY) Service Policy
The DFY service is a one-time labor fee for installation. It requires the buyer to provide necessary temporary access to their accounts (Make.com, Google Workspace, Etsy) and complete manual connection steps (e.g., API authentication) as instructed. Delays caused by the buyer's failure to provide timely access or complete required steps may extend the delivery timeline.
